Adding fun buttons is a great way to customize fashion. Follow along as we show you how to easily add some Dress It Up Buttons to a child’s sweater.

1. Grab your threaded needle and insert it from the backside of where you want the button to go.
2. Thread the needle through the button and re-insert the needle through the sweater.
3. Repeat this process five times.
4. Cast off by partially inserting the needle through the fabric and winding the thread around the needle three times.
5. Holding the wound up thread, pull the needle and cut off any excess thread.
6. Add on the rest of the buttons, and you have an extra cute sweater!

NOTE: The seam allowance can be changed depending on your project.
