1. Mark where you’d like to put the grommet on your project. A ruler can be used for accurate placement, as this process is permanent.
2. Arrange the grommet setting tool and the anvil on either side of your project material, where you’ve marked.
3. Hammer on the setting tool, at a 90 degree angle, to create an indent in the materia
4. Cut out the indented hole with scissors.
5. Place the grommet eyelet on top of the anvil and through the cut hole, from the front of the material to the back. Place the washer around the grommet eyelet from the back, and place the setting tool over top.
6. Hammer the setting tool, at a 90 degree angle, to connect the eyelet pieces and install the grommet.
