Our Return Policy

Packaged items bought in store:

All packaged items, excluding 'Final Sale' items, may be returned for refund or exchange, if they are returned as follows:

• Within 7 days
• With original receipt
• In original packaging

Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes without a cash register receipt.

Measured / cut items bought in store:

No return or exchange on measured and/or cut goods, patterns and hygienic products (foam, bedding and pillow products)

Items bought online:

All sales are final, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to stock levels some items may be unavailable or substituted.

For Fabric Cuts: We do our best to provide you with one continuous piece of fabric. However, it is not always possible for larger quantities and we may need to fill your order in multiple cuts. In this case, we will fill your order with the longest cuts of fabric based on the available inventory.
