An easy DIY that weaves felt, and love, to create a cute Easter Basket!

What You Need:

• Medium Weight Felt, Hot Pink
• Medium Weight Felt, Apple Green
• Dress It Up Buttons, Counting Sheep
• Dress It Up Buttons, Bunny Love
• Ruffled Lace Trim
• Rhinestones
• Rotary Cutter
• Cutting Mat
• Hot Glue Gun
• Hot Glue Sticks

What You Do:

1. Measured the base of a circular object that is the size of the basket you'd like to create, such as a lamp, and traced the bottom of it for the basket base.
2. Cut 1/2 inch strips, of pink felt, that are an inch longer than the circumference of your basket base, making sure to keep them attached at the top.
3. Cut shorter 5 inch pieces of green felt, and then started weaving.
4. Once you're done weaving, glue the ends together to give the weave a seamless look.
5. After the base is secure, create a handle. Cut a strip of felt, shape it into an arch, and glued it to the inside of the basket.
6. Now you can decorate your basket with cute buttons, fancy trim, or bling it up with rhinestones!
